Important informations:
The details of the limousine order can be agreed upon by phone, but it can ONLY be finalized by filling out and submitting the “Limousine Rental” form on this subpage. You will then receive a reply email with a detailed offer. If you accept our quote, you can reply to us in writing. After finalizing your order, we will send you a confirmation email, which will validate your order.
You can order a limousine to any address, but due to the size of the car, there are some streets where we cannot stop in front of the address.
We take this into account when placing your order and always discuss the options with you, but of course our drivers will do their best to stop as close as possible to the address you provide.
You are free to choose the route, but you can also leave it to the driver. However, we can only drive in accordance with traffic regulations, so please take this into account when getting in and out of the car!
Passengers under the age of 18 can also travel in the limousine, but in this case a parental order is required, and we only give children’s champagne as a gift.
Passengers under the age of 14 must be accompanied by at least one adult.
Food is not allowed in the limousine during the trip, but drinks are permitted.
In the case of a heavily intoxicated customer, the driver may refuse service, and we will not accept any claims for compensation.
Our drivers arrive at the agreed time, with a car prepared for the occasion. If a delay is expected for reasons beyond our control, we will always call you.
